Self-service bulk verification · no sales call

Check a list of livestock businesses against supported USDA records.

Have commercial dealer, market-agency or packer names in a spreadsheet? Paste up to 1,000 public business names, check the list, see the published price, and take the prepared list to our pay-per-check Apify service.

1. Prepare your list

Format: Business Name | ST, a spreadsheet name-and-state pair separated by a tab, or just Business Name. Duplicate names in the same state will be removed before copying. Up to 1,000 lines. Do not include banking information, personal identifiers, buyer applications, customer lists containing private personal data, or confidential contracts.

Published price per completed check$0.05
Estimated event charges at full completion$0.00

This preparation runs on your device; the list is not sent to LivestockVerify by this page. To execute, copy it into Apify's “Paste a list” field. Actual charging occurs on Apify when a verification completes, under its displayed pricing and account terms.

2. Run the prepared checks, without contacting us

Open our paid Actor on Apify. Sign in or create an Apify account if prompted, select its Input form, clear the single-business fields, paste the copied lines into “Paste a list — easiest batch option”, review the cost settings, and start the Actor.

Open Apify batch verification

This button opens Apify; it does not submit the list or charge you. Your clipboard data is not included in the link. Apify is the current payment, execution and result-delivery platform. The website does not directly sell the batch.

3. Read the results and decide what to do

Review match status

MATCH, MULTIPLE_POSSIBLE_MATCHES or NO_MATCH describes only the supported USDA public-record comparison.

Check the dates

Each output includes USDA source dates and snapshot metadata. Current source-retrieval health: passing. Review the individual official source dates with each result.

Export your results

Use Apify's result dataset for your own review or workflow. Confirm material bond or licensing details with the relevant authority when required.

Important scope: Not every livestock buyer must appear in USDA bonded records. Ranchers purchasing animals for their own stocking or feeding may legitimately have no record. A match is not an approval, a listed bond is not current-bond certification, and a no-match is not a safety, credit or eligibility determination. The latest published bonded dealer-list source date visible to us is 2026-09-22. Learn who is covered.
